Kenny Rolland Handstand Walk

Kenny Rolland

Head trainer
Fit Club Instructor

Kenny is the founder and owner of KRX Fitness. He’s also the main man leading 80% of the gym’s programs. With his 10 years of experience gained at the YMCA, starting with membership sales and service coordination and growing to individual strength and conditioning coordination, to personal training, Kenny knows what it takes to keep everyone satisfied with their workouts.

An experienced boot camp coach for half a decade, as well as an avid competitive hockey player and MMA athlete, Kenny also understands that meeting or exceeding your fitness goals requires more than a good lineup of equipment and staff. True athletic conditioning requires pushing your limits and putting in your own effort. It is with this mindset that Kenny opened the first KRX Fitness studio in September 2011. And it’s a mindset that proved itself to be contagious—within 10 months, the number of KRX devotees outgrew the gym and Kenny had to find a bigger and better home for them. It’s just another proof that success comes to those who ‘HIIT’ the ground running.

Jessica Magnan Scorpion Split Pose

Jessica Magnan

Yoga Instructor

As a devoted practitioner of yoga for about six years and a certified yoga instructor for the past two years, Jessica sees yoga as more than her primary means of maintaining her physical fitness–it’s her passion and purpose as well. She believes that yoga makes you better at whatever you do. It provides you with an opportunity for greater self-mastery, more stable energy and overall well-being. And so Jessica approaches every class as an opportunity to grow and evolve. She continually challenges herself and those who practice with her. Her dedication coupled with her familiarity with and passion for health and fitness are the perfect recipe for making even the most stubborn athlete a believer!

Jessica received her certification at the Rama Lotus Yoga Centre and is currently teaching at Upward Dog Yoga Centre. She practices and instructs a variety of styles from Yin (restorative/deep stretching) to Power (continuous flow and advanced postures).
